When I was 16, I was so insecure in my body. I hated looking in the mirror, I constantly compared myself to other girls, I never felt good enough, and going to events made me so anxious because I could never find an outfit that I felt comfortable in. 

I didn’t want to feel this way anymore, so I decided to sign up to the gym. When I started, I had no idea what I was doing. I was doing random workouts every week, hours of cardio, guessing what to eat, restricting, not eating enough protein, and after 12 months, I saw no results.

I felt frustrated and stuck. I was sick of not seeing results so I decided to sign up to an online coach. This was the best decision I ever made for myself.

​I got lean, grew my glutes, and finally built a body I was proud of. I’m the most confident I’ve ever been in my entire life and I learnt so much throughout this journey. This made me realise that this is exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to help women feel this way too.

MEET

Hannah

I’m Hannah and I’m your go to girl for all things nutrition and food! I am one of the 1 on 1 coaches here at Train with Mads and I make all Custom Meal Plans.

When I was young, I had a complicated relationship with food and my body, struggling with poor self-esteem, and disordered eating. This hit a breaking point where I decided to go ‘all in’ on myself, break my binge/restrict cycle, and turn my nutrition around for good.

 

Now I use food freedom and mindful eating practices to stick to my goals, perform at a high level athletically, and love myself unconditionally!

 

It’s because of my past that I now strive to educate, support, and teach other women how they can find their power and passion in food too.


I'm here to teach you all of the tools that you need to live a long and sustainable life, feeling secure in your food choices. Whether you want to build muscle, get lean, or maintain your physique - a healthy balanced approach will always support you and it’s my mission to help you implement this whilst becoming the most confident you’ve ever been.
